Campaign Button

American politics is full of rich traditions. Colorful campaign buttons. Five hundred dollar-a-plate rubber chicken dinners. Holiday ski vacations paid by tobacco lobbyists. We at the Max for Mayor campaign are committed to keeping at least one of these traditions alive in Austin. Everybody in the office was all excited about this - until Max told us he doesn't ski. So, campaign buttons it is.

We are pleased to present the official Max for Mayor Campaign Button. It's the perfect way to bring a splash of color and excitement to any web page. We invite you to download a copy and use it to dress up your own web page.

If you are using Netscape Navigator, here is how you can get your own copy of the button:

Move the mouse pointer over the campaign button image.
Click the right button and select the Save this Image as... command.
Select the directory/folder that contains your HTML page.
Click the OK button.
The image will be saved to a file called maxbuttn.gif.

If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, try it this way instead:

Move the mouse pointer over the campaign button image.
Click the right button and select the Save Picture as... command.
Select the directory/folder that contains your HTML page.
Click the OK button.
The image will be saved to a file called maxbuttn.gif.

If you use some other web browser, the procedure should be something similar. If you have your mouse configured for left-handed use, either use the left button instead, or stand on your head while performing this procedure.

Once you have the image saved to a file, just add something like the following to your web page:
