- 1. Will you support putting an item on the City's next bond ballot to replace the North Village rental library facility with a permanent city- owned facility?

- 2. As a result of reducing the electric utility fund transfer to the general fund the city manager has stated that the library department must reduce its budget by 37% over the next 5 years and may have to
close branch libraries to accomplish this. Will you support funding to:

- a. Keep our neighborhood branch libraries open and oppose, closure?
- Yes.
- b. Maintain current library hours without reduction?
- Yes.
- c. Continue the VICTORY tutoring program?
- Yes.
- 3. Do you support the City of Austin retaining ownership and control over the electric utility system?
- Yes.
- 4. Do you support continued funding for the speed hump program to calm traffic on residential streets and residential collector streets?
- Yes.
- 5. Will you support "valid petitions" when submitted by neighborhood groups in opposition to proposed zoning changes?
- Yes.
- 6. Do you support defending the city's environment protection laws?
- Yes.
- 7. Do you support "densification" of existing neighborhood when the neighborhood residents oppose it?
