The Programs that Make Riverside Special

If the Riverside Drive branch library closes, it will be a loss felt by the entire city -- not just the East Riverside neighborhood. One reason is the very special programs that will be lost if Riverside closes. Some of these programs are tailored to meet the needs of the neighborhood. Others serve people throughout Austin.

These programs include:

• The Victory Tutorial Program
• The Internet Training Center
• The Job Information Center
• The Mystery Book Club
• Children's Outreach Programs
• Tax Preparation Services

These special programs are part of the reason why we need the Riverside library, and why we'll miss it if it closes.
