Dear Consumer,

Thank you for brining to our attention your concern about the recent changes
to Yahoo!'s privacy policy and preference changes as expressed in your
TRUSTe Watchdog complaint. TRUSTe has reviewed your complaint and discussed
your concern with Yahoo!.

TRUSTe has been involved in the Yahoo! policy revision process to ensure
that high standards of our program remain intact. If you haven't already,
you will be receiving an email from Yahoo! with the subject line of "Message
from Yahoo! about changes to our Privacy Policy and your Marketing
Preferences." This email outlines the specific changes and how members like
you can update their preferences. To opt-out of any internal marketing
messages from Yahoo! you can visit http://subscribe.yahoo.com/showaccount
and log in to your Yahoo! account.

Please note while the new centralized preference page and privacy statement
have been updated, Yahoo! has assured TRUSTe and the public at-large that
the changes do not take effect for 60 days after the email notices have been
sent. During this time we encourage you to review the new privacy statement
and marketing preferences. Also note that despite the privacy policy
revisions, no personal information will be shared with third parties, if you
have previously opted-out. The revised preferences only concern internal
marketing.

We take this issue seriously and thank you for participating in the TURSTe
Watchdog process.

If after reviewing the new privacy policy documents and the marketing
preferences page, you still have privacy concerns, please contact me with
additional information about the concern.

Sincerely,
